I Was Very Disappointed With Nairu! For Starters I tried the prawn Spring Roll, which was the highlight of my meal and very delicious it tasted good with a nice dip, For the other starter I had the Chicken Satay and It was awful, It felt as if it had been left in a refrigerator for an hour before serving, and the taste was almost non-existent. The starters are supposed to entice you for the main course, instead it lowered my expectations, and I was greatful they where low, as I ordered the Thai Red Chicken Curry which was horrific. It lacked any form of taste and had no spice whatsoever. For my sides I had Garlic Naan, which tasted fine, slightly strong garlic taste, but the consistency was odd and it didn't feel like an authentic Naan, which I belive could be said for a lot of the foods problems. For the second side I had rice, which was fine. The staff treated me with Kindness and respect and the atmosphere was pretty good. However would I come again, no, It confuses me how this can be considered 'Top Rated' by Google Maps, It is certainly not that from my experience, I have read many reviews from this restaurant mentioning other dishes, so maybe I was unlucky with my choice of food. Would I recommend to...
Read moreI went for two times in 1 day in this restaurant because I enjoyed the first meal for lunch and I wanted to come back also for the dinner, even alone. For every bill they add tax to pay for food and drink (after the prices for the items), VAT and service charge. After dinner and after to pay the last bill I asked them a bottle of white wine take away and they charged me again these taxes and the service charge. I asked how it's possible to pay the service charge if I asked for an item take away and which kind of service I had to pay (to carry out the bottle of wine from the fridge to me?) and they answered that I was right but there they charge the service charge aniway. So I left the place without to buy anything and I will not come back anymore. I was so happy to eat again here. I am very disappointed. I suggest to avoid this place cause of...
Read moreAmazing chinese dumplings. We had a fried chicken mushroom as an amuse d'bouche. It suprised both my husband and I, given our orevious lack-luster Asian food in Egypt experience. The wrapper was the correct thickness and expertly fried. We then ordered the shrimp dumpling and the chicken dumplings. Both of them had handmade glutinous rice wrappers. The filling to wrapper ratio was perfect. The texture, composition and cook was fantastic. Chef Sanjit who trained with Michelin starred chefs knows his dumpling. It was as good a dumpling as the best we have eaten in America, Asia...
