Scampi Sea food Restaurant — Restaurant in Red Sea

The impression of tasty food for this hot tourism city was ruined today by the service and attitude of the two waiters!!!

At the beginning, we felt the lobster in the picture looked smaller than we ordered and talked with waiter and we accepted it is a complete one. But later when some dishes are finished and plates were being collected back and we were helping to send them back gently, but the senior waiter became impaitent with us, directly grabbing the plate from my hand very quickly without caring our help! He just looked like a boss unhappy with his employee's performance!!😖😖😖 Come on, man! We are just helping you. We are not working for you, what happened to you? Regarding the appetizer bread, it was not served and when we asked the receiption waiter, he just directly replied: you already finished your meal!!!😂😂😂 What impolite attitude! When we were checking the bill for the water not ordered&served but charged, the senior waiter even may shout out without patience😡😡 It seems that our doubt to the lobster make them unhappy about us, but we, customers can not ask any question about the food ordered? Finally the boss may recognised our unsatisfaction and sent us one discount ticket for next time, but how could we come again based on the first unpleasant try? Anyway, this city is well-known for diving and seafood, but obviously this resturant does not...

The workers in this restaurant are so rude and impatient,we had a very disappointing experience,firstly we ordered one lobster but when served you can see in the picture it is so less only one spoon meat,the lobster they sold was not worth the price at all ,and they did not provide the free bread to us ,when we asked ,one waiter was so angry with us and replied you have finished your dinner,why you asked !! And one old waiter who cleaned the table we helped handle the bowl and he seems so impatient we really wanna know why ? Lastly we have some doubts for the receipt as we did not order the water ,the waiter was yelling to us !!! Very unpleasant experience and we do not recommend any tourist to try for...

I recently dined at this outstanding seafood restaurant in Hurghada, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations!
