I came here with my sister and boyfriend and off the bat the staff was BEYOND welcoming. So sweet and kind, I’ve never been treated so kindly at a cafe, or anywhere for that matter ! They’re really treat you like family. I stayed almost 4 hours just chatting with the staff ! The coffee was sooooo good and they even gave us the background information on it and offer a coffee making class on Saturdays FOR FREE. I had the crepe with strawberries, bananas and a homemade chocolate sauce and it was INCREDIBLE. The pesto sandwich was delicious too! I will 100000% be returning. It’s a small family owned business and they deserve allll the hype ! This is a place that is top rated and for good reason. Don’t hesitate to go if you’re in the historical center of El Salvador ! You WONT regret it ! If that wasn’t enough to convince you, my sister and I were weary because there was a weird guy trying to get our attention and the owners father walked us to our destination up the street. Vine aquí con mi hermana y mi novio y, desde el principio, el personal fue MÁS ALLÁ de hacernos sentir a casa. ¡Qué dulce y amable, nunca me habían tratado tan amablemente en un café, ni en ningún otro lugar! Realmente te tratan como a una familia. ¡Me quedé casi 4 horas platicando con el personal! El café era muuuy bueno e incluso nos dieron las historia de el café que usan y ofrecieron una clase de preparación de café los sábados GRATIS. Comí crepe con fresas, bananos y salsa de chocolate casera y estuvo INCREÍBLE. ¡El sándwich de pesto también estaba delicioso! Volveré al 100000%. ¡Es una pequeña empresa familiar y se merecen todo el revuelo! Este es un lugar de primera categoría y por una buena razón. ¡No dudes en ir si estás en el centro histórico de El Salvador! ¡NO te arrepentirás! Si eso no fuera suficiente para convencerte, mi hermana y yo estábamos nerviosas porque había un tipo raro tratando de llamar nuestra atención y el padre del dueño nos acompañó hasta nuestro destino an la calle arriba. I stopped by Alfa Coffee Shop in San Salvador and tried their iced latte — and wow, it blew me away. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and refreshing with just the right hit of espresso. Sin miedo a errar, he de admitir que en definitiva esta ha sido una de las mejores experiencias culinarias que he tenido.

Como primera gran acierto, este es un café en donde se interesan realmente no sólo en vender producto, si no en que los clientes tengan una experiencia bastante personalizada al explicar cada uno de los pasos a seguir en cada método, la historia detrás de cada taza y del producto que están por consumir.

Como segundo gran acierto, colocaría el menú del que disponen en el sitio. Ya que han logrado condensar todo el sabor y experiencia en platillos simples que resaltan por su gran calidad y aporte a la diversidad, lo cual siempre se agradece.

Finalmente me llevo una gran sonrisa y unas enormes ganas de regresar más adelante, no solo para ver como poco a poco va creciendo el establecimiento, si no porque genuinamente considero que todos deberíamos ser testigos de la evolución que se este teniendo en el futuro.
