I will never eat here again. I came in a party of ten people. When we sat down there was a singer. I looked around and saw people plugging in their ears. It wasn't that the singer was bad, it was that the speakers were so loud people started going to the outdoor patio to get away from all the noise.

After about twenty minutes we finally ordered our food, but the waiter couldn't hear what we were saying because the music was excruciatingly loud. After one hour, the first meal was sent out. It took over two hours to get most of us food. I don't understand why it took this long to make the food, or even responsed saying that the food would take more time. Almost everyone got their food later on, expect for one of our party members. He waited for more than two hours for a simple plate. Meanwhile the food was bland for a lot of us. And the music was still extremely loud.

The waiter finally realized that we didn't get all of our plates, and he just said wait some more. Right then and there, we asked for the check, cancelled the order that was taking two hours, and began leaving. After we canceled the plate it was then put on our table. Why do these people wait till we are mad and leaving the restaurant to give our order. I really don't understand. And to top it off, the food was very expensive! If 0 stars was an option I'd go with that. Please don't come here unless you're looking for a bad experience and ringing ears from the...

The architecture in and around is very nice. Atmosphere was okay, I came on a Monday evening. The food quality is horrible and definitely not Cuban. Oddly, 8oz of their beef is around 2-3oz anywhere else, but they'll argue it is 8oz. Outrageously overpriced after you factor in food quality and quantity. Also, there is a strong piss smell that comes in from outside. I definitely do not recommend this place. I would not eat here again, even if it were free. Dine in at your own expense,...

I ordered yuca & chicharrón, asking the server if the yuca was steamed she said yes. When I got the plate it was soaked in oil. The server found out for me that the oil was veggie margarine, the worst kind of fat. They took the plate back after my complaint and agreed to prepare yuca and chicharrón without the margarine to go. I just got back to the hotel to find out they only put yuca and nothing else. What a waste...
