I've been here many times and their coffee is good and usually their service is fine, although it is generally hard to get the waiter's attention and the coffee takes some time. However, their service has been pretty bad the last 2 times I went. Today, I waited nearly 1 hour for my order to come, which was a croissant with ham and cheese plus americano. At 20+ minutes I politely asked for them to give me my coffee, which they did quickly, also noting that the food was on its way. I then waited another 25 minutes for my food, while a big group that came and ordered after me was already starting to get their food.
