TL;DR Food was reasonably priced. Decent flavour, with various options of pupusas & other items. Speed of service was okay. Area gets very smokey. Paid parking in mall
Food:
What makes a pupusas meal for me is the cortido, which I found to be slightly salty but not overwhelming and lacked juice so it felt pretty dry compared to what is typical.
The pupusas available were vast. We tried Birria just for the sake of it. They weren't bad, with actually having a bit of birria tacos but only as an after taste. They were just okay with lots of masa, which makes it feel even drier and unnecessarily thick.
We also tried Chicharron pupusas, which were extremely salty and had the same issue of having too much masa.
Revueltas were easily the best flavour they had. It had a good balance of salt and filling but did still have too much masa which I assume they do to give the illusion of value per pupusa.
Location: The restaurant in located on the top floors of the mall so you would need to find parking, which they have underneath the building but it is paid parking.
Once you find the location, you see that it's a bit of a shared food court but more classy. The smoke accumulates quickly, despite being a very open space. They have public washrooms available near by which are clean.
Ultimately, I would return to this location or other chains to try out other dishes they have, while also reordering their...

Located on the top floor of the plaza, it is in a food cafeteria area that offers different types of food and different restaurants all packed into one section. Margoth is located in the back left corner when you walk in, and it's awesome to see all of the fresh food being offered.
The ordering is a little unique because you must first enter all of your meals that will be cooked digitally on the kiosk located to the left of the restaurant. It's only for the freshly baked things like pupusas or tortillas. Everything else can be picked from the main part of the restaurant counter.
The pupusas themselves are so good. The cortido and salsa served was also really tasty. It was the perfect combo.
If you know typical Salvadorian food, you will love this place. Nothing much...
