Gourmandises — Restaurant in San Salvador

Overrated place, went there just once and not going back. Food was not tasty at all, nothing like the awesome instagram pictures you see on their page.

They over charged me, so the owner had to come. Probably the most disrespectful person i'ver ever met, she showed up in a hurry didn't even said hi to me nor apologize for the inconvenience and just asked for my card and did the reimbursement which is not what I wanted since the bank takes 30 days to do so, she just did it saying " You will have your money back". She did all of this in a matter of seconds since she was in a hurry and gave me the reimbursement with the new bill with no option of getting "cash back" like the waitress had explained me first.

It was a very unpleasant experience. No one apologized for it and It was their error and they made me feel like I was the one causing the inconvenience. No customer should be treated like this, the owner who's name is Veronica Marenco you need to learn some manners and show at least...

Fantastic restaurant, with plenty of options for everyone. We liked this place so much that we returned several times and had the opportunity to try their breakfasts too. Blown away by both the burger and the steak. My mother is celiac so this place is perfect for all types of allergies as they have separate kitchens and there's no cross contamination. Mala experiencia, el restaurante estaba al 80% de su capacidad cuando llegamos, tardaron considerablemente en entregarnos el menú. Algo entendible hasta cierto punto, pero luego se volvió un patrón de mal servicio. Cuando finalmente hicimos nuestro pedido, no nos informaron que el desayuno incluye café o jugo, algo que noté sí se mencionaba en otras mesas. Luego, el tiempo de espera para que nos sirvieran fue excesivo: approx. 45 minutos, a pesar de que la ocupación del restaurante ya había disminuido. No solo tardaron, sino que tampoco se preocuparon por asegurarse de que tuviéramos lo básico en la mesa, como sal y pimienta. El desayuno típico que pedí fue una decepción: sin sabor, los frijoles secos y sin la crema que se esperaría de un plato así. Pedí crema, que por cierto tiene un costo extra, cuando en mi opinión debería formar parte de la base del plato y cuando finalmente llegó, mi plato ya estaba frío, se tardaron como 10 minutos en traerla después que la pedí. Para colmo, la tostada con huevo y salmón que pidió mi esposa también fue decepcionante; dejó la mitad del plato porque el salmón tenía un sabor extraño.
