now, for the main event: the STEAK. i ordered the Punta Jalapeno medium rare, and as always it was cooked to absolute perfection. the crust had a beautiful sear, and the inside was a juicy, vibrant medium-rare, just as i requested. the quality of the meat was clear in every bite-it was incredibly tender and packed with rich, beefy flavor.

beyond the steak, the sides are just as impressive. grilled cheese and the fried plantains was cooked to perfection. Each side complemented the main dish without overpowering it.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want an unforgettable meal, LA RUEDA is the place to go. it's a true standout, proving that a great steak isn't just about the cut, but about the care and expertise that goes into every singe detail. I had the pleasure of dining at La Rueda , and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was impeccable—staff were attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations.

The food was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I especially loved the churro’s dessert ,it was a true highlight. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell that a lot of care went into the preparation.

I recently visited San Salvador for the first time and La Rueda is one of the restaurants I decided to check out.

The terrace is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the nice weather and great conversation. The service was wonderful too.

The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection, with a burst of flavor in every bite!

Their other menu items also looked delicious, but I was too full to try more. I guess that just means I have to come back :)
