If I could give a zero, I would. This restaurant is supposed to be an upscale steakhouse. The only thing upscale is the price. As we walked in, they asked us inside or patio. We chose inside, seeing as it was hot. But the air circulation was so bad, might as well had sat outside. It took them 15 minutes to take our order food first and drinks last for some weird reason. 15 minutes later, half the table was missing their drink. 40 minutes in, they offered us some little broth since they did not have the appetizer we ordered. 55 minutes in, I was asking where our food is. Finally, 65 minutes later, we started receiving our food. I got the mar and tierra, with some white rice and vegetables for the sides. I got my food but no sides. After asking the waitress, she brought me 4 pieces of green beans, a few potatoes, and a scoop of rice. The shrimp was cooked well but had no complimentary dip or sauce. Unfortunately, you’d better get used to being uncomfortable because the service is painfully slow. After placing our order, it took 10-15 minutes just to get our sodas, and if you order a lemonade or cocktail, expect to wait 20-25 minutes. But the worst part was the wait for the food—it took a full 65 minutes from the time we ordered until it finally arrived.
You might think that great food could make up for the uncomfortable atmosphere and long wait, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. The food was far from worth the wait, making the whole experience feel like a waste of time and money.
