La Prima Gonsiori — Restaurant in Tallinn

Two weeks ago, I came to this restaurant for dinner, and I said twice that I needed coke zero, and a blond waiter brought me a regular coke. I didn't ask for a replacement, and I took the consequences. Today, when I came to the store again, I still said twice that I needed zero coke and stressed that I needed zero coke, but the blond waiter still brought me a regular coke, and I asked for a replacement. He slammed the replacement coke on the table and spilled it all over me.

I don't understand. What's he upset about? Objectively speaking, this pizza is delicious, the other waiters are very good, I come almost twice or three times a week, but every time I encounter this blond hair waiter experience is very bad, the other waiters will bring a cup with drink , but he just put coke directly on the table very hard, he does not know how to be a waiter.

He also had a smelly face when he served, as if someone owed him, and I was even worried that he would spit on my food before serving. A prepared snack usually takes only 30 seconds to serve, but I waited for 30 minutes today. 17 August 2025 update.

After a year of boycott, we tried again. Not busy at all, still we had to wait for over 30 minutes for our food. It was tasty but nothing outstanding.

They now add 10% tip without asking. This is not a good practice. Boycott back on. Avoid this place.

10 August 2024 update: My wife and son went in as I was on the phone. The restaurant was empty apart from a person getting takeaway. The waiter was very rude and ignored my wife and son, just told them to wait.

I came in after seven minutes and asked what was going on, then he started to set the table. Too late, bad behavior meant that we left.

I had tried to call and make a reservation, but they hung up on me so we decided to go there. Worst customer service ever. It's a shame cause usually the food is ok.

New owners or new staff? It's not working well at the moment, super long wait time. Not getting the orders right. Dishes not...

Excellent pizza and world class service. Not in a million years would waiter/waitress in a swedish pizza restaurant be so customer friendly as the girl that greeted us. When we asked for the menu she started be informing us of the 45 min waiting time because there were a lot of delivery pizzas in front of us in the queue. That strikes me as superhonest and as we weren't in a hurry we of course waited. The waitress also gave good recommendations from the menu and the pizzas were top notch with high quality ingredients.
