Shakshuka is to die for, literally. The level of spiciness is amazing, believe me. The veggies, tomatoes, eggs and spices make it a perfect combination. The portion is truly large, better to share it with a friend, I guess. Otherwise, you won't have any space for a cake or one of those pastries that are waving at you. The flat white was also okay. Decent coffee beans. The service was friendly. As I've heard, omelettes and bagels are one of the most popular options for breakfasts. However, almost everyone sitting nearby was eating shakshuka. It is served with the two slices of homemade bread. An almond croissant is also nice. Maybe, a bit too sweet for me because of the white choco on top. Food is nice but havent seen such a terrible customer service for a really long time.. my friend and i agreed to have a brunch there. My friend tried to call this place to book a table - no one picked the phone calls. She arrived to the place a bit before me and noticed that stuff member just puts phone on silent and does not answer (stuff person was just sitting near phone doing nothing, no job) the day when we been there were 5 waitreses on a duty, everyone seems to be lost and did not know what to do, 99% of the time you could see them all behind the tiny couter wondering around. I have seen them rolling eyes on customers, having chit chat complaining on customers to each other right in front of orher visitors. This place is for the soul. I absolutely love the coffee, the food, the service, and the facilities. I have been coming back to this establishment for over 6 years now and I am a true fan. From breakfast menus, to pastries - you will certainly have a great time and nutritious meal.

To anyone who values a good customer service - this place has you covered. I have quite high standards when it comes to customer experience (I have had quite a few questions to Estonian hospitality in the past), but this place is not like the others. It has friendly staff, who is accommodating you and making you feel welcomed. Add a delicious and healthy meal on top of that, prepared within reasonable time and you're golden.
