the evening was ruined. Good - a good wine list, before in summer here was a wonderful waiter(man)! I liked everything ..before. This time we were in a Friday mood - champagne, a menu from the chef, wine to meat and most importantly the expectation of sweets. Meanwhile, a couple sits near us, they were offered 2 identical desserts for free and had to share a review. Their table 20 cm from us, just a palm passes. They really did not like the dessert, One of the two they did not even eat. Guess what, they bring us the same thing in 5 minutes - cheff menu!? I ask the waitress "This is something that our neighbors did not like and they did not even eat it," in response to "yes" and ran away. There was an impression that in general a mockery! That is, what people don’t like for free and don’t eat it, you just put it at the next table ?? Really, professional Cheff/ restaurant choose this desserts for us? Hm, clear seems they are interested to push you order what they cooked in advance... and what left in a kitchen. Also the question why food was too much spices and vinegar.. now I am not sure was it fresh??(no clue why did they ask after each dish as each next had the same mistake, it was small problem..but still not reaction) The restaurant is NOT interested in making guests delighted, what makes them visit second time. The mood spoiled with non-professional restaurant action, not the place where you...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Radio restaurant for lunch, and I must say it was a lovely experience. The restaurant had a lunch menu which was a great option for us. The atmosphere was elegant and pretty, and the wine glasses and knives were already set on the table for us to use.
The food was excellent, especially the cod fish which was the special of the day. Some of my friends had crispy chicken and I had some rossito, and everything was delicious. The homey atmosphere and the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable, and they even took a photo of us.
Although the prices were a bit on the higher side, it was worth it for the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The open kitchen was behind us, and we could see the cooks working. They kindly separated our bills as we were a group of nine people, and the waitress was smart enough to remember everyone's order and bill.
I was also pleased to see that they served free bread, and the restaurant was spotless. However, one of my friends did mention that it felt like fast food in a fancy place.
Overall, I highly recommend Radio restaurant for anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience with excellent food and a homey atmosphere. The prices may be a bit on the higher side, but it is...
Read moreFood is alright, except it arrives to the table cold because staff is slow even when there’s multiple dishes ready to go out. The whole place smells like a KFC due to the amount of fried chicken being made and it’s also quite hot inside the restaurant. One of the chefs can be heard singing loudly which disturbs the dining experience and another short woman from the kitchen is constantly discussing her dating life with her coworkers quite loudly. One of the servers- a short bulkier man- can be spotted smelling bad; sitting down on the couch on his phone; leaning over customers’ chairs to take their orders; laughing extremely loudly; ordering other servers around to wait/deal with his tables while they’re busy themselves. Other servers can be heard making inappropriate “jokes” between each other and some are also constantly eating something. The menu is nothing special- just like every other restaurant, nothing interesting or new. Food is fairly priced for the location- one of the cheapest restaurants...
