Alustuseks võtsime suupisteks taldriku kõigega (26 €). Parim osa oli veisecarpaccio, mis oli tõeliselt suus sulav, ning ka suitsutatud šampinjonid olid maitsvad. Ülejäänu aga tundus olevat otse külmkapist lauale toodud. Pardi patee meenutas pigem tavalist poe pasteeti. Arvestades hinda, võiks see suupistevalik olla palju parem. Kokkuvõttes hindaksin seda 3/5.
Eelroaks tellisime veise tartari ja kammkarbid. Esimene amps tartarist tekitas kohe küsimusi – sellel oli tugev kalamaitse. Lisaks polnud see korralikult marineeritud. Palusin rooga kööki tagasi saata, kuid ettekandja kinnitas korduvalt, et kalamaitse pole võimalik. Alles pärast pikemat vestlust tunnistas köök, et nad on juba mitu kuud kasutanud tartaris anšoovist, kuigi seda polnud menüüs mainitud. Praeguseks, nädal pärast külastust, ei ole ka internetimenüüs viidet kalale, mistõttu pole selge, kas füüsilises menüüs on muudatus tehtud.
Kammkarbid olid keskpärased, serveeritud veidra marinaadiga salatil. Ei olnud otseselt halb, kuid kindlasti mitte ka midagi erilist. Eelroogade osas on restorani köögil veel palju arenguruumi, sest praegu ei õigusta need oma hinda. Kui tahate väga head veisetartari, soovitan külastada Scheeli restorani.
Pearoaks valisime lamba sisefilee (28 €). Liha oli minu jaoks mage ning kindlasti mitte oma hinda väärt. Ei olnud halb, aga sellise hinna juures ootaks vähemalt väga head, kui mitte wow-elamust. Hindaksin seda tugeva 3/5 vääriliseks – kui see maksaks 17 €, annaksin 4/5, kuid 28 euro eest jäi elamus oodatust nõrgemaks.
Veinivalik oli ettekandja poolt hästi soovitatud, kuid kõik joogid olid väga kallid. Calvados maksis 14 € (4 cl), veinide hinnad olid 12 ja 14 € klaasi eest. Hinnad võinuksid olla veidi soodsamad, eriti arvestades toidukogemuse kvaliteeti.
Magustoitu me ei tellinud. Arvel oli siiski veisetartar kirjas, kuigi saatsime selle tagasi. Hiljem, restorani juhatusega suheldes, pakuti meile koheselt nii raha tagasi kui ka 30-eurost restoranivautšerit koos tervitusjookidega. Väga professionaalne käitumine.
Kokkuvõttes, arvestades toidu kvaliteeti, teenindust, hinda ja miljööd, hindaksin kogemust 3/5 vääriliseks. Restorani juhatuse kiire sekkumine päästis halvima vältimisest.

The dining experience was overall underwhelming. The mixed appetizer platter (€26) had good beef carpaccio and smoked mushrooms, but the rest felt like it came straight from the fridge. The beef tartare had an unexpected fishy taste due to anchovies, which were not listed on the menu. The scallops were mediocre. The lamb tenderloin (€28) was bland and not worth the price.
The wine selection was well recommended by the waiter, but all drinks were overpriced—Calvados (€14 for 4 cl) and wines (€12–14 per glass).
