Green Room Cafe — Restaurant in Tartu linn

Seemed a nice place by the interior design, but with the slowest service ever. Even when ordering a daily special and when the cafe was practically empty. It's just strange, does it really take almost an hour to pour a daily soup into the bowl? It wasn't like I was the only one ordering it and even if they had a different concept about what a daily special is, they should still consider that people usually only have 30-60 minutes to spend during lunch time. The staff was sort of polite but not overly caring. They brought bread and butter only after someone asked for it and even then, there was no knife to spread the butter with.. I hope they will improve or I just happened to be there on a bad time, otherwise I wouldn't consider going...

The waitress forgot to inform the kitchen of our order since we waited 45 minutes for snacks while guests who arrived after us got the same snacks much sooner. Be prepared to wait for SNACKS for an hour or do regular checkups to make sure they haven't forgotten about your order 🤦 The waitress was ignoring us, didn't come to explain the long delay. i make a point of saying just how nice this place is =) i just got here in tartu and its been such a nice, close by place for me to try these local foods very well made and for a reasonable price. also, everyone is particularly nice and makes you feel comfortable. the place is comfy as well and decorated. i assume there is a lot more to enjoy that than having lunch, as the place is open pretty much until midnight, and if the rest has the same quality of service, then its probably very...
