The only reason to go to Africa Jazz Village is because of the immense respect I have for Gash Mulatu. But the place really needs to upgrade their service. They don’t serve food. They have a weird reason that due to fear that some orders will be mishandled, the management tells the servers to stop serving. And there is a restaurant just behind it. And the waiters are slow. Ordering a drink and getting it takes a long time. So when you try to order and have these conversations, you end up missing on the music. And the manager is also not cooperative and does not run the place well. It’s really a shame because no one in the city has the privilege of having Gash Mulatu. I doubt I will visit anymore because my last two experiences have been terrible. I really hope the place changes...

While giving the music and the atmospheric a high praise, the service is so bad with limited food options with slow service and unreasonable high prices to deliver the food from Ghion to the culb so you must eat before going inside lol.
