I'm beyond disappointed by the way how everything was handled in this restaurant yesterday. My friend and I were planning to have a drink and enjoy the view of Addis. Upon arrival, we had to ask multiple times for service and once we did it takes more than 15 minutes to get our drinks. After seating 2 hours and enjoying the view we ask for a cocktail menu and, order the old fashion and, I ask for to be used a Maker's Mark or Jack Daniel which test much better than the house. The drink comes back horrible so I decided to change to beer. we knew this place was not the right place for us so we decide to go to another restaurant for a better service and drink so we ask for the check. In our check the old fashion was added to our bill which was crazy so, your service told us he can't remove it. Pls know this is not the service falt we know he did the best he could to accommodate us. We ask for managers on duty and they told us they were in the meetings, we ask for the cashier and she didn't even want to come and speak with us so at that moment we all were frustrated so we paid our bill which was about $760 birr and left. Pls train your managers when there is an issue, they need to come out and solve the problem because when losing one customer like me you lose 10.
