I had only one day to explore the city. Since I had limited time, the plan included visiting parts of the north (Lalibella, Gondar) and the tribe of the south. He arranged for me to stay in Addis Ababa. He picked me up from the airport and rented an affordable room in the hotel. On the same day, with his friend Rasnesibu, we visited the city. I and my wife were highly recommend by two good friends of mine to be taken and shown around by Getahu who runs getahun Tour. He incredibly organized us a fab city tour which can not be forgotten! We were lucky enough because we were able to walk in every single corner of the largest open air market in africa commonly called Merkato. Getahun even assisted us to to try some of the spicys and some yummy local meals with the local people!
