Bmore Apartment Hotel — Hotel in Addis Ababa

Stayed at this apartment hotel while on my recent short stay in Addis and I do highly recommend it. The rooms are very clean and equipped with a cooker and fridge as well as a microwave. Few dishes and crockery are provided and you can always ask for more. The rooms are cleaned daily and you can have your clothes cleaned at a small fee. The landlord is always on site to attend to any queries and I found him to be very friendly and graceful. The hotel even arranges periodical get-togethers which makes it possible to mingle and great all the residents making it more of a family home. There is a 24 hour front door service and I felt very secure. The only backdrop is the road leading to the property which is in a very sorry state. Other than that, Bmore is a lovely place to stay at if you are visiting Addis for quite a while....

Bmore is an excellent place to stay in Addis. The location is convenient to main roads, transport and grocery shopping yet much quieter than mainstream hotels in the area. It is also walking distance from Tilla, an upscale gym. The Bmore Apartment Hotel is good for business travelers who want a more homelike environment. The management provides airport transfers, daily housekeeping, and each unit has a filtered water cooler. There are back-up generators and a water reservoir on site so residents are shielded from breaks in public utilities common in Addis. The staff can provide cooking service on request for a reasonable fee, as well. One cook in particular is a veritable Iron Chef. I love the food she makes. I had a conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and i was really skeptical about booking this hotel. It looked nice in the picture too. Anyway, I got to the hotel and i was blown away with how amazing it was. From the reception to the rooms to the balcony of my studio apartment, everything was very perfect. I had everything in my room to make my stay very comfortable. I even had pots, kettle, an ironing board and a very big TV in my studio apartment.

The bathroom was heavenly and housekeeping was done everyday. The hotel is just about 15 minutes walk to the UN conference centre and it's close to other big hotels such as the Mariott, Radison blu, etc. The staff was really nice and welcoming and very selfless in meeting my needs.
