The negligence here needs serious work. Got my order details wrong twice! When I first ordered the burger I asked them what condiments they put and they said mayonnaise and mustard. So I made sure to emphasize don’t add any mayonnaise under any circumstances just the mustard will do. After the food came it had mayonnaise and mustard (Wasn’t that surprised also happened last time I came, 4 years ago) I told the waitress that I explicitly told her no mayonnaise she said she also wrote it on her order note but will take it to get it fixed. When the order came back it had mustard and a new condiment - ketchup. I’m allergic to mayonnaise and ketchup I do not like. So again I called the waitress asked why there was ketchup had I not make my self clear with just mustard will do? She mentioned that the kitchen took creative liberty and added ketchup because they didn’t want it to be too dry for me. ??? How about I get served what I ordered, Im hungry and I have an appointment! This whole process was just getting more frustrating the waitress wasnt taking any accountability whether on her or the kitchens behalf instead was showing attitude because I wanted exactly what I ordered? The food came back the way I ordered it but with wiped condiments and basically cold. Whole thing took about an hour. Needless to say never coming back, do not recommend if you like your orders a specific way. Staff need to do better! Management needs to do better how did this happen again after...

I truly regret having to write this, but today’s experience made me lose all trust and respect for this restaurant.

I have lived in the same building as this place for over a year. I was a loyal customer, always careful with what I eat, always respectful to the staff, and always tipping generously.

Yesterday, I ordered a Napoli pizza with extra mushrooms. When the order arrived, I opened the box and was shocked to find pork products inside — something I never asked for and strictly avoid due to my religious beliefs.

I called the restaurant immediately. At first, they didn’t take it seriously. Only after I called again and spoke firmly did someone come to replace the pizza, saying it was just a “mix-up.” That explanation is not only careless, but offensive.

This is not a small mistake. It is a serious insult to my values. I will never buy anything from this place again, and I advise others to be very cautious. This kind of disrespect should...

I stayed at The Row hotel, where this place is located, for about a week, so naturally decided to check it out. I had an espresso one day, which was overly sweetened and tasted weird, but pretty strong. Went back that night for dinner and was again disappointed. Had the "special burger", which came with fries and coleslaw, as well as a mojito. This was one of the worst burgers I've ever had, dry and flavorless. The patty was smashed into a 1/4" thin pancake and horribly overcooked. The bun was comically large, and because of the thin patty, each bite was mostly dry and bready. This was confusing because another member of my party got the Mediterranean burger, which was pretty thick and flavorful. The fries tasted good, but were overcooked and rock hard. Coleslaw was the highlight of the dish. The mojito was pretty strong and tasted good, but the flavor was more like a margarita than a mojito. Another disappointing restaurant...
