The cafe setup, interior design, and furnishing at Dukamo Coffee are admirable. The layout is well-designed and beautiful, and the waitresses are dressed and groomed in a seamless and warming way. However, my service experience on my first visit was frustrating.

The waiting time management was very poor, with the waiters taking too long to notice me, take my order, and then deliver my food. After giving my order, it took almost 36 minutes for my burger to arrive, which is too long for such a simple dish. To add to my frustration, the waitresses didn't attend to my table once before the order was due.

The burger itself was also not very tasty. It wasn't well-sized or sliced, making it difficult to eat. After eating the burger, it took another 17 minutes for me to receive my espresso.

Overall, my experience at Dukamo Coffee was disappointing. The high expectations I had for the cafe, combined with the poor service and mediocre food, made for a frustrating meal.

Improve waiting time management by paying more attention to customers and ensuring that orders are delivered promptly.
