Víngarðurin — Restaurant in Tórshavn

Though we had lots of delicious food during our trip to the Faroes, this was by far the best experience. The food was outstanding and perfectly paired with wine throughout. The atmosphere is cosy and your glass is never empty. The friendly chefs and staff also accommodated our dietary restrictions, which we found wasn't a guarantee on the islands. Very grateful to the owners of Mølin Guesthouse for recommending that we dine at this local spot and also to fog that canceled our flight and made it possible....

Great cosy little restaurant with very entertaining and engaging hosts! The food was delicious and I opted for the wine pairing which was very generous! I left feeling extremely content. We had a really fun and enjoyable night chatting with the staff and locals...

Best restaurant in the country? I don't think so at all! If you don't like talking to tourists, you shouldn't offer food. Very average welcome, expensive and badly...
