Ararat Kebab Pizzeria — Restaurant in Porvoo sub-region

Hey there!

My friend and I were in Porvoo yesterday and stopped by for a pizza 🍕 We got a #14. PORVOON TULINEN and #15. HOT SMETANA as listed on the menu.

The vegetable salad appetizers were great: fresh veggies, marinated olives, sauerkraut ❤️ with whatever sauces you want were fresh, tasty and felt great as entrees.

The pizzas looked nice and were of big size when served. We could both smell hot pepperoni. However, when tasted, yuck 🤢 it was not disgusting or something. Rather tasteless. There were lots of ingredients laid out on the dough, but kebab meat had literally no taste. The food felt overall empty, you know, without peculiar tastes and shades of products when you eat really good food.

It was a shame. Being extremely hungry, we both did fill out stomachs. But will never get back to Ararat wondering whether the staff at all try what they cook themselves in order to know what they serve to customers.

A really nice looking kebab pizzeria and quality of the food is great. It's a fraction off the beaten path but it's worth visiting if you're around this area and don't want to your food to cost your arm and a leg.

Even though this isn't exactly fine dining restaurant it's really nice here. Atmosphere and mileu is really nice and service is great and there's plenty off room for even bigger groups.

They have quite interesting vegetarian options too and I recommend to test them. French fries in a pizza first sounded really strange but it was surprisingly good. Price to quality is great here. Pizzas cost somewhere around 10 Euros depending on toppings. There's plenty of other options too if you don't fancy pizza or kebab.

I strongly recommend this place and it's definitely one the best kebab...

An already staple, always good kebab & pizza restauraunt in Porvoo. They are becomming legendary, very fast service, attention to detail and decor, and excellent dependable food quality.
