After a long walk in the cold outside in the old town, we wanted to enjoy some warm soup for late lunch. There were not many restaurants open (maybe due to covid restrictions or due to odd timings) and we came across Rosso around the corner.
It was a perfect ending to a day trip with a delicious Lohi Keittö(Salmon soup) with Ruis leipä (Rye bread) followed by some chocolate cake with vanilla icecream and panacotta with pomegranate seeds.
Prices were reasonable and the service was good too. It was actually interesting to eat a very authentic Finnish soup in an Italian restaurant 😊
There were other options for Pizza, Pasta, Grill food and so on. Maybe next time will try out something Italian there but definitely...

Regarding the food, it is properly prepared but it is nothing super special. I have been in better Italian restaurants, but still Rosso is quite decent.
