Kiva Cafe - Street Food - Bar — Restaurant in Porvoo sub-region

The food is simple but tasty street food. Our dish was very well prepared and was served quickly. They serve abundant salads, too, with various proteins. Also cafe products such as pastries, sweet buns and pies, and coffee and tea. The service was friendly and effective. The restaurant-café is situated in Porvoo harbour, on the strand boulevard. There are no tables inside, all are terrace tables, on both sides of the kitchen stall. However in case of rain, there are plenty of well protected sitting places under huge canopies. I had the Seatle sandwich and it wasn’t up to the standard from last years selections. The taste was a bit off, perhaps the Sunday afternoon had it’s toll? But they must step up with the bread selection. This was put into a ordinary supermarket plastpacket bun, luckily the filling wasn’t moist. But I will go back and test some other sandwich.
