MorriSon's — Restaurant in Turku sub-region

Atmosphere was pretty nice, although the space was quite noisy. Service was ok, not super fast but not terribly slow either.

Some mistakes by the waitress' were handing plates the wrong way, spilling coffee from the cup, dropping fork into the dessert and not knowing the Finnish translations for credit and debit.

Food was average for the price. Pepper stake didn't really have that much pepper and the side vegetables were a bit too raw. The whole dish was soaked in gravy and it got cold rather fast, because the plates weren't heated. The dessert was delicious, sweet, and the cake piece is pretty large.

They offer a large variety of dishes so I'd reckon everyone can find something to eat there. Wine list is quite narrow and the red wine we got was actually too warm, but other beverages...

They charge for water here. It is disappointing since usual restaurants around here offer at least free water. The meals also are on the expensive side. The steak was too salty and too well done. I couldn’t eat it. The burger costs 25euros was okay. I won’t recommend going here. We spent more than 50euros for two here. Also they charge for mayo here without informing you for 1euro. So you’re actually paying 26euros for your burger set.

Visited here many times. Service is always excellent. Even the one time there was a little issue, it felt like the staff wanted to do everything they could to make up for it. The burgers here are the reason I go and they have always been tasty. The portion sizes are huge so be sure to visit with an appetite!
