A very, very knowledgeable and friendly owner welcomed us in this specialized bar in the middle of the famous avenue the champagne. Only small, organic producers are displayed here, and a tasting is available. All of the presented wines showed great character, whilst the price was not more (maybe less) than comparable, but less special tastings offered in the area. Appart from it's specific location, it's a welcome place who's open later than other places on the avenue, saving your night from being empty, or sitting in a random bar . Presenting quality, it also offers several regional products, as well as their own champagnes. Lovely bar, that was surprisingly quiet when we visited. It’s an excellent place to try champagne from small authentic producers, learn and taste organic and biodynamics champagne. Jules (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We had visited a fair number of the local champagne houses but would say this was by far our favourite.
