Honestly, this is one of the best experiences we’ve had in Epernay. This little restaurant is a small family owned one where the owners take pride in what they do. It’s been open for two years now and I feel sad I’ve found it just now. The decor is great and you can immediately sense that the owners take pride in it and it’s immaculately clean and well kept. We had the pork fillet, rillets, and the chicken and they were all superb. The menu changes regularly though, so I would just embrace the unknown and stop overthinking it.
