One of the best dining experiences we had while in France. If your looking for something a bit more elevated and different from a typical bistro, Why Not is the place to be. We enjoyed everything from the amuse-bouche to the desserts. They started us off with complimentary fried polenta bites with Parmesan cheese as an amuse bouche (could’ve gone for a couple more of those!). For entrees I got the leek and goat cheese dish which was so beautiful and creamy and delicious. My mum got the foie gras which melted in your mouth and didn’t feel too chewy and my dad got the scallops which also melted in the mouth and the cauliflower and hazelnut mixture was a delicious pairing. For mains Two of us got the trio of meats and my dad got the lamb shank - both were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. To finish we got the carrot cake and the chocolate dessert. Carrot cake was delicious but the chocolate really won the night with the Dulce de leche Center and mocha cream it was to die for. All paired with champagne of course! Nice service, nice interior with well spaced and sized tables. Overall was a wonderful night and I can’t recommend this place enough! Follow me on ig @ sophiaeaaats for more recs!

I come special for this restaurant after 3 years as in 2019 we had an amazing experience. 👏 the restaurant moved and obviously is bigger with lots more tables than in the past. We book online the only spot we find avaible for the period we stay in the area. Even if we really tired from the trip from uk we really wanted to go and we choose that spot even a bit inconvenient for us but I don't know why or what to say is same owners and I don't want to go down with the level on reviews but I finded different and a bit lower in quality. Service a bit to rushing, evrytime I need something even if was 4 girls plus the owner I need to wait and try my best to get them attention, as they didn't pay any. I say this is ok...(maybe or maybe not) but most disappointed think it was when i recived the briosh for the fois grass burned and turned around on the other side like I will not see it. Oviusly when i tasted i have the bitternest of the briosh and just ruin my starter.I think in such a restaurant this food shouldn't leave the pass even IF the guesst wait another 10 min. And not even apologise. The food is good the restaurant is nice shame for this experience this time. Also a bit overpriced.

We we’re very pleased to be able to get a table without making a reservation. It started off not too bad actually. Starters we’re oke and tasty. Unfortunately we had to wait for almost an hour to get our main dishes. We actually finished our bottle of wine before we got the main course, and not because we’re fast drinkers. Servers didn’t try to sell more drinks, eventhough ours were finished before the main course. When the main course arrived, it came in parts. Burgers we’re dry but sauce was nice. Seabass was oke prepared but some parts we’re still a bit cold. After finishing the main course we’ve waited for almost 45 minutes to get two cold crêpe suzettes, which we didn’t finish. When we were about to get te bill, no one asked us if we liked the food (maybe they felt something was off) so I told about the crêpe suzette and that we didn’t finish it. We still had to pay full price for it. So, no tips were given and we wouldnt recommend going here. Such a pity for a nice place like that.
