Disappointing Experience at La Cendree

I wanted to share my recent experience dining at your establishment. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed due to the overall demeanor of the owner.

While the food was satisfactory, the atmosphere was marred by the owner's consistently rude behavior towards both patrons and staff. This created a tense and uncomfortable environment, detracting from what could have been an enjoyable meal.

As a customer, I value respectful and courteous service, and I believe that the behavior of the owner significantly impacted the overall dining experience. I hope that this feedback can be taken constructively to improve future interactions and ensure a more pleasant atmosphere...

Honestly I have no idea what everybody is talking about. I live in Italy part-time, and have been to A LOT of both higher and lower-end restaurants, and this was hands down the best risotto, pasta and pizza we’ve ever had. The wine was beautiful, you just need to know your stuff! The owner was the nicest man ever, the stuff were extremely polite and the service was one of the fastest in Courchevel (we finished all the food in under an hour, including the fact that multiple courses were ordered, including dessert). I’m so sad that people have had a bad experience here, because to us this place is truly a gem. They also have celeb clientèle, and I doubt they would’ve come if the restaurant...
