The Burger Factory — Restaurant in Albertville

The service was good like last year. However, the food was too greasy and oily, last year it was much better and the burger taster fresh. Also, we asked for all the burgers to be well done. However, some burgers were well done and the others were not well done. We asked them to cook it again and they did, but it was still not well done.

The fries were too greasy, burnt, and not crispy. Last year the fries were crispy and cooked well and not oily and greasy.

We were quite disappointed as we visited last year Burger Factory more than once because of a recommendation and it was wonderful every single time last year. However, this year it was not not good at all except in terms of the service as they were friendly and did try to help out.

I believe because there’s more food in the menu and variation for tourists, but there is no focus at all on the food quality. A simple menu with excellent quality would be much more wonderful than a variation with way less quality.

We look forward to seeing better food quality and always great service in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Burger Factory, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a vibrant atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a fantastic meal.

The food at The Burger Factory exceeded all expectations. I had the pleasure of trying their veg options and the fish burger, and both were absolutely delicious. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and it was evident that only the freshest ingredients were used.

But the surprises didn’t end there. I also indulged in their cookies, and let me tell you, they were out of this world! Moist, chewy, and filled with the perfect amount of sweetness, these cookies were a delightful treat that I highly recommend trying.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is to add halal options to their menu. This would ensure that all guests can enjoy the fantastic food and atmosphere that The Burger Factory has to offer.

Very bad experience, went for wagu truffle burger , truffle was old zero flavour , the burger meat quality was good but it was prepared in the horrible way , mu burger was stone cold like literally zero heat comming off the meat , no seasoning in the patty either zero salt zero pepper and i dont mind pink burger but this was literally steak tatar inside way too much ingredients, why would You put 8 slices of gherkin , HAND full of onions and plenty of end skin bits of tomato ? Literally just overpowering amount of garnish . If this is Your premium burger You should really rethink Your business model , the idea is good but execution and quality control close to zero .
