First Track Ski Coaching is amazing.

My wife and I reserved two 3-hr private coaching sessions in the mid of January 2025 with First Track Ski Coaching.

Starting from the enquiry about the booking in September 2024 to the training sessions in the mid of January 2025, Elisa, our customer contact point, had been very responsive, gentle, and helpful. I would also say she has found a good instructor-matching for us in terms of our levels of snowboarding.

François, our snowboard instructor, is a gentle man with a very good manner. Also, he is so experienced in coaching, as he could always spot our problems and guide us through to tackle our bad habit about the stance. With his help, my wife is now competent at linking her big and small turns, while my carving skills have been strengthened and way more smooth than before.

Both the snowboarding skills of myself and my wife have been improved to a great extent in this season. So we have decided to come back to Courchevel next year and be a return-customer of First Track Ski Coaching.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday skiing in Courchevel, where our young daughter and nephew had a week of lessons with Ashley.

From the very first day until the last, Ashley made their time skiing absolutely brilliant, combining fun with learning. He really goes the extra mile for his clients (including skiing with our young son for one afternoon so that he could have his first experience on the slopes) and we cannot recommend him or First Tracks Ski Coaching highly enough. It was a joy to see the children look forward to skiing each morning and their incredible progress by the end of the week was in large part because of Ashley's approach and enthusiasm.

It is also worth noting that he needed to communicate fluently in both French and English with the children.

In short, Ashley and First Tracks offered a perfect and professional service from beginning to end. They made the children's skiing experience so enjoyable and we will not hesitate to use them again...
