White 1921 — Hotel in Albertville

From the moment of booking the hotel, all our additional requests for booking restaurants, ski equipment, coaches, transfers, the hotel has shown itself from a professional position. Madame Agnes Bouanani - Hotel Manager, Woman Boss :) good – friendly welcomed us at the hotel . Every day, she personally visits all the rooms and communicates with the guests , asking if they like everything , if the room is cleaned and if any help is needed. Professional Front office team and specifically Ivan- a professional manager who speaks several languages, who has repeatedly helped in solving various tasks of booking restaurants, transfers and different trips, Lara, Paul and Sandra Cros are always friendly and provided any support. Special thanks to the House Keeping Team - clean, cozy, polite. Thank you for the comfort of Isabel, Samy and Melanie. Team from breakfast - thank you for the good mornings. Ski Service team - Sam and Marco thank you for help in the selection of ski equipment and daily care .||My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 9 wonderful days during the Christmas holidays . Previously , we were in other hotelsin Courchevel , but now we will return to the White 1921 team surely again . The location of the hotel is the very center of Courchevel 1850 : 2 minutes from the ski lift, the best restaurants , Le Tremplin restaurant is almost next door, the best shops and other entertainment places are within walking distance. The hotel was very cozy and warm. A sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi and a small gym are available to guests every day. The hotel is boutique style and very cozy . A wonderful recreation saloon where you can sit and chat with friends. I was hitting myself in every door. I have bruises everywhere!||Our room hasn't a chair, who were supposed to have it and I need to complaining for 30' with the reception who was not willling to help! Instead of that, the guy was telling me to wait until next day to complain with the manager. He found me a chair when I went downstairs to take his chair! He told me "the chair is too small, I thought you wouldn't fit!!!!" What???? I'm 50kg my friend, and you probably has no training for dealing with clients, because even if I was 150kg you need to treat me properly, and with respect.||Minibar only with soft drinks. No snacks. Complimentary, but I don't care to pay for having food, as their kitchen is open only from 7pm to 9pm! Unacceptable! ||No bar at the hotel.||Only a jacuzzi that they call spa, not even a pool. No massage treatments, and they can't call a therapist from outside as they told by themselves "the rooms are to small for that".||He told us he upgraded our room. Not et al! We payed for a better room and we got a downgrade. First time in life and I've been around, they definitely don't take seriously their job! |Never again! Never!||Clients need to be pampering! A beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located at the bottom of the slopes of Courchevel 1850. Whilst the location is perfectly situated next door to the slopes, shops and Le Tremplin apres bar the real asset the hotel has are the most friendly and helpful staff who simply cannot do enough for you. The welcome, the day to day service and ski service they provide is perfection. The staff in the boot room will help you put your boots on and off after a hard days skiing even though you may not need help, they just want to assist you as much as possible.||The rooms are cosy but perfectly formed, up to date, clean , and stylish. The shower is powerful, the towels are soft and tech is up to date. The breakfast is amazing. Once again great service and delicious food with a good range of food including cooked meats, fresh juice and breads. The spa is lovely consists of a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and is all you need after a hard days skiing. ||I would say the rooms can get a little hot but you can turn the heating down and open the window easily. However your wet clothes also dry very easily so nothing to complain about. I feel the hotel residents could benefit with a feather pillow or indeed take your own if it’s important to you. Apart from this I really couldn’t find a fault. We will be back for sure and congratulations to all the staff who made us feel so special over Christmas. They are a real asset to the hotel.
