It started well; the waiter seemed friendly and trustworthy—until the food arrived, and everything changed. We ordered 3 portions of fondue (each costing 24€), but only received a single pot at the table. When we questioned it, they claimed, “It’s the corresponding quantity.” We were skeptical, but trusted them since the menu didn’t specify portion sizes.. We also ordered ribeye steaks, which were unfortunately tasteless and chewy. None of us enjoyed them. When we expressed this to the waiters, they seemed to take it personally, insisting is our fault for requesting the steaks medium/medium-well + they even pointed out that we had salt and pepper on the table if we wish. For context, each ribeye costs around 34€.. They tried to make up for it and later brought a single steak on the house for us to share (!), but by then, we had lost our appetite.. It felt like they were trying to make up for their mistakes, but the gesture felt not genuine.. What made matters worse was the bill. While they removed 2 of the 4 ribeyes we ordered, they added 1 extra juice and 1 extra beer. (For context, we ordered a total of 5 beers of the same kind, but were charged for 3 of those plus 3 of a more expensive kind we never ordered..) Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly unprofessional, and the food quality was far below expectations. We ordered three ribeyes, but what we received was chewy, flavorless beef that resembled sirloin, not ribeye. When we pointed this out, the staff didn’t take responsibility and instead blamed us. They did bring us a replacement dish (which we didn’t touch), but it still wasn’t ribeye, and they only removed two ribeyes from the bill, which was the least they could do.
To make matters worse, the portion they brought us was labeled as "to share," but it was nowhere near enough to feed three people comfortably. The behaviour towards us was not only arrogant but also borderline racist, as we were treated with a clear lack of respect and courtesy. The bill also included extra items we never ordered – an additional beer and juice – and despite informing them twice, we had to keep reminding them to correct the charges.
We also ordered three fondues, but only one pot was brought to the table, along with a single pot of bread for the three of us. We had to specifically request more.
If you're looking for quality meat, you'd be better off shopping at Lidl. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money – there are much better...

First of all, we asked for medium-rare, medium and medium-well, but all of them came cooked very much the same. Secondly, they were not seasoned at all, so they basically had no taste. But most importantly, THE CUT WAS NOT RIBEYE! I eat ribeyes very frequently and I know what shape, taste, grindness and thickness to expect. This was just a regular beef cut, hard to cut with the knife and with a lot of sinews. We complained about the situation and we were finally asked to pay just for 2 out of the 4 steaks. We also ordered 3 fondues and received only one. They told us they put in it triple quantity, but it didn't seem so. The rest of the food was fine, but we were charged by mistake (or not) 3 extra beers and 1 extra orange juice. We had to ask TWICE for remediation. What's even more frustrating is the attitude of the staff. They were very rude.
