Unbelievable! We visited for lunch. My wife and I both ordered L'entrecôte rare and fries with a bottle of wine. One hour later the wine is almost gone and we are informed they forgot to put our order in. We still do not have bread. 20 minutes more and we are informed they are out of it. We accept a different steak and it arrives 10 minutes later.....so the cooking time is 10 minutes....the delivery takes an hour and a half. It arrives without the salad and sauces we ordered...and we ask for water for the third time. We are offered dessert for the trouble. The bill arrives and it is incorrect. It was only 32 euro. We explain the error and it comes back again... incorrect. Again they have missed items we should pay for. They leave again and the manager finally visits us. While she is at the table, the check arrives and is incorrect again. Now they have added a second bottle of wine. The manager bursts into laughter at our table. Our never-ending series of mistakes and poor service are funny to her. We finally pay....3 times the first bill (honesty here is an extra 20 minutes) and leave. Beautifully presented food don’t know why this doesn’t have at least one Michelin star, service and staff is amazing, food outstanding a beautiful setting as well. I ordered a cheese fondue which is not the most easily presented dish however the dish was prepared immaculately. Portions are generous and well presented, this is best place I have ever eaten while skiing, also the service is quick. I didn’t book but I still got a table as the staff is wonderful and helpful and found us a lovely table near the kitchen.I would thoroughly recommend this resteraunt to anybody who is looking for a brilliant meal and isnt...

Dîner très décevant au Marius. Une succession de mauvaises pratiques, un manque de professionnalisme et d'organisation. Pour l'apéritif, commande d'un cocktail sans alcool. La serveuse nous informe quelques minutes après que celui-ci n'est pas disponible en raison d'un ingrédient manquant mais qu'il nous est possible de le prendre sans, ce que nous acceptons. Au final, pas de cocktail puisqu'il semblerait que le barman n'ait pas envie de le faire. Commande d'un jus d'abricot pour remplacer le cocktail ; idem, la serveuse nous informe une nouvelle fois qu'il n'y en a pas. Celle-ci ci ne semble pas désolée un seul instant et nous prendrons finalement de l'eau. Pour le repas, un plat non disponible mais non annoncé lorsque l'on nous donne la carte. Pour le dessert, nous demandons quel est le dessert suggestion du jour. La serveuse, ne connaissant pas sa carte, se renseigne et nous informe que le dessert suggestion, coûtant 10€, est l'un des dessert déjà existant à la carte mais coûtant 12€ soit 2€ de différence pour le même dessert. Nous avons également demandé de l'eau, qui ne nous a pas été emmenée. La serveuse, bien qu'agréable, semblait ne pas se soucier du tout du bon deroulé du repas et adoptait un comportement très nonchalant (sans compter la présence du chewing-gum dans sa bouche). L'appréciation est cependant réajustée par la bonne qualité des plats principaux qui nous ont été servis (plat principaux uniquement car il semblerait que les desserts aient été mal décongelés coeur coulant encore congelé).
