Worst customer service I have ever received! Witress accuses us of bringing in our own alcohol simply as there wasn’t a lemon in the lemonade we purchased. Despite it being the truth. Refused to believe the possibility that her staff hadn’t put a lemon in the drink. Escalation led her to telling us to “F off” totally unacceptable. Even if we had been in the wrong ( which we were not) saying that to a customer is out of order. Correct decorum even if it was so bad would be to tell the customer to leave. Further more refused to allow us to speak to our superior. Disgraceful. Aparently manager was called...

The worst customer service I’ve ever received in any establishment I’ve ever been to. The “self proclaimed” manager told us to respect her establishment after we had spent over €300 of food and drink just because we were “students”. Very unprofessional treatment and our group was discriminated just because we were students. One of the meals had visibility been spat in. I cannot underscore enough how much any potential customers should not visit this pub....

Brilliant bar to go to, we spent the night here after a hard day of Snowboarding, got our feed of pints and a bit of grub, had exceptional service.

Props to Olivia, she was on point with all of our orders and very quick to sort us out with more beers, would highly recommend for those visiting VT and looking for a watering hole with a good...
