I think there has been a major change in management. The fish tajine was nice. But the couscous grains were minimalist - 3 tbs in a tiny ramekin. So I asked for a little more. And they added 2.50 euros for 4 tbs in another small ramekin. The price for 500g of couscous grains is 1euro. So I was disappointed. The lamb tajine was disappointing - the meat was flavorless, cooked until it became papier maché. We have eaten 7 hour lamb many times, I cook 7 hour lamb, but never has the meat become as mushy. And without flavor. And to add the final touch, one waiter dropped oily tomato sauce on my shirt... I recommend you go to Volubilis, a very nice marocan restaurant near the arena - the people are nice and the food...
