We typically don’t care for pizza from places like Domino’s. They make them and deliver them quickly but forget to make them worth eating. Every now and then you can get a Domino’s pizza that is at least edible. That wasn’t the case here. They did deliver it quickly but they forgot to make it taste like a pizza. I would have to say that it was a close tie between the cardboard box and the pizza in terms of taste. We know cardboard doesn’t taste good but it is sad to see that the pizza didn’t taste any different than if I had eaten the cardboard box. I don’t know where all the 5 star reviews came from but perhaps they asked their friends and relatives to make up some good reviews.

Read moreI regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience while trying to place an order at your establishment. Despite calling in advance, we faced a communication barrier as the staff couldn't understand English and could not locate our hotel address on their system for further assistance.
After seeking help from our hotel staff, we were informed that our food would be delivered within 30 minutes. However, after waiting for an additional 40 minutes and making a follow-up call, we were told that the food was already on its way. Nevertheless, after waiting past the stipulated delivery time of 11 pm, we received no pizza, which was quite disappointing.
As a loyal customer, I find it hard to believe that a pizza shop would intentionally lie about the delivery of an order. I hope this issue can be addressed to avoid recurrence in the future, and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Froide bien évidemment On appelle a 20h30, toutes leurs lignes sont occupées, on arrive finalement à avoir quelqu'un qui nous dit que notre commande sera là dans 20 minutes et il raccroche aussi vite. 21h10 toujours rien! On rappelle, encore un combat pour réussir à avoir quelqu'un en ligne. Quand finalement quelqu'un décroche, on s'aperçoit qu'on parle dans le vide, mais on a droit à une embrouille entre collègues à propos de batterie de scooter et de geste commerial pendant plus de 5 minutes. Inutile de se demander pourquoi on a autant de mal à les joindre... Quand enfin la personne reprend la ligne on lui explique la situation, elle nous répond le plus tranquillement possible que c'est normal, il y a toujours 1h de livraison, on lui redit qu'on en est à 2h, elle s'en fiche, répète qu'il y et a du monde et ne veut rien entendre quand on lui dit que la moindre des choses c'est de prévenir au moment de la commande. On apprend que notre livreur est apparemment parti depuis 10 minutes, donc il ne devrait pas tarder à arriver. Nous sommes à surenes dans la cité jardin il n'y en a donc pas pour très longtemps. Il arrive enfin a 21h50, il a donc mis 30 minutes a faire le trajet. En attendant notre livraison nous avons lu les avis d'autres clients, et le problème des délais est récurrent, ainsi que la réponse automatique qui dit que des mesures ont été prises, certains de ses avis datent d'il y a 1 an ,voire plus.
