The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. Such outstanding hospitality is a rare gem, especially in Paris. Quite simply one of the most wonderful restaurants I’ve been to for a very long time.

The food was first class (the Bouillabaisse was particularly outstanding) and the impeccable service from Vincent and Tom made the experience all the more enjoyable.

And last, but definitely not least, it was great to meet Olivier. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into every dish he makes.

We will definitely return the next time we are in Paris.

Again a wonderful evening with Thierry and his team. He regularly changes the menu (of course) but also the wine list to make sure the dishes harmonise with his wine choices - and my fave Brouilly was gone!
