Our start went poorly as the host walked past us to another group behind me. The man in the group said to the host, while pointing at us, “They were here first.” The host continued to ignore us. After we got seated it took 1 hour for us to get water. We asked 3 times for water and were ignored and treated rudely. The meals were more miss then hit. I ordered medium rare beef which arrived well done (see photo below). They forgot my wine. I said nothing given our experience with the water. It took 2 hours to get our food and we still did not get our dessert. I would NOT recommend this restaurant unless you enjoy paying lots of money for average food, feeling disrespected, and frustrated throughout your...

Food was excellent. After being served I was never asked if I needed anything during the first 2 courses. Eye contact with the waitress and hostess didn't work. Holding my hand up made me feel invisible as well as holdimg my empty drink up. Hostess spent a lot of time talking to one table with two customers. Throughout most of my second and third course. So it was a very busy conversation with her backside turned towards me. Annoying. After the second course plate was removed from my table no one offered a dessert menu. I had to ask for it. Then the waitress and hostess talked for a while behind the bar before the menu came. For the price service should be better. I would...

The worst experience in two weeks driving France. We made a reservation 10 hours before and they ignore us at arrival... When they seated us they had booked for us the worst table in the restaurant. When we asked them ( very polite) to change the table to one better they said very unpolite "Let me see.." and they changed to another similar table. We saw free places better than ours and when we asked if we can be seated there, they ignored again. We said that we gone, and they laughted... Please don't go there!! Expensive!! Yoy will eat better elsewhere!! As I see the replies used to be arrogant but I don't care... IT'S REALLY VERY UNPLEASANT!! I don't recommend...

Made a reservation for 2 and were seated at 2nd floor. Unfortunately, adjacent to the toilet where other patrons do not close the door after use and the service staff just didn't bother. Would have been great for the staff to explain the dish and let the patrons understand what they are into, especially for non-french speaking. I liked my beef steak but we don't have the acquired taste for salad with marinated mackerel (we thought it was grilled or fried). Not worth the cost.

Biggest soupe à l’oignon I’ve ever had ! Piping hot so had to wait a few minutes before tucking in. It had huge chunks of grilled bread and cheese. Very tasty. Unfortunately the fish and chips were a disappointing because the fries were extremely oily. My friend ordered the fish of the day however the waiter mucked up the order and served the fish off the à la carte menu. Overall, portions were generous and the meal ok.
