An absolute breakfast must if you’re visiting Biarritz… it’s a small space so you have to be lucky, if you are lucky, wow… the best pancakes I’ve ever had. It’s only the couple running it so get comfortable and take in the vibes of the whatever is on the record player (we had an Etta James album) what you’re presented with is the most lovingly made delicious pancakes (if you go for the pancakes which I’d highly recommend) the attention to detail is unreal. If I ever go back to Biarritz I’ll be waiting here every morning to try and get in haha!

We came to Biarritz to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and this was truly one of the highlights of our time there. Absolutely the best breakfast we've had in our 5 years here in France! And it was one of the best meal values too.

Excellent pancake, plenty of well-cooked bacon 🥓 (actually crunchy!), real cheddar cheese, a perfect egg, and a perfect balance of salty/sweet! My wife had a phenomenal fruity brioche "perdu." It was custard-y and decadent, but not overly sweet. There was a surprising variety of fruit, all perfectly ripe. The coffee was excellent (they use a great roaster from Bordeaux 👍).

The service is warm, welcoming, and personal. The couple running the café are wonderful! The ambiance is homey and comfortable. Please be prepared to wait. Every meal is ordered as you walk in and then prepared individually. Just relax and know that the meal that's coming will have been worth it!

This will be our breakfast place every time we return to Biarritz. Nous sommes venus à Biarritz pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage, et ce fut vraiment l'un des moments forts de notre séjour là-bas. Absolument le meilleur petit déjeuner que nous ayons eu en 5 ans ici en France ! Et c'était aussi un repas de très bon rapport qualité prix.

Excellente pancake, poitrine caramélisée et bien cuite 🥓 (en fait croustillant 🤩 !), du vrai fromage cheddar, un œuf parfait, et un parfait équilibre salé/sucré !

Ma femme a eu une brioche perdu, fruitée et phénoménale. C'était décadent, mais pas trop sucré. Il y avait une surprenante variété de fruits, tous parfaitement mûrs.

Le café était excellent (ils utilisent un excellent torréfacteur bordelais 👍).

Le service est chaleureux, accueillant et personnalisé. Le couple qui tient le café est merveilleux ! L'ambiance est intime et confortable. Veuillez être prêt à attendre. Chaque repas est commandé au fur et à mesure de votre arrivée puis préparé individuellement. Détendez-vous et sachez que le repas qui s'en vient en aura valu la peine !

We went here once a month or maybe more. One of our favorite brunch restaurants in Biarritz. The food is so delicious and fresh made from salty to sweet treats. The coffee is so good too.

One thing to keep in mind. It's a small family-run restaurant. They do what they can do to serve the customer. There are no reservations and yes! you have to come and ask for the spot to eat in and sometimes there will be a long wait (at least one hour and I do wait so many times) but believe me it's worth the wait.
