L'Alpage — Restaurant in Bonneville

I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life but this was simply too much. The waiters were stressed out and making us feel uncomfortable. They bump into you without excusing themselves. The wine glass was chipped but they act as if its normal. The foie gras was grey instead of pink. One waiter threw the bread on the table and told the other waiter to add more pieces of bread.

This is a tourist trap and frankly i have rarely had a worse experience. First time in my life that i walk out of a restaurant!!!!!

The manager was unapologetic when the issues were raised. Go somewhere else and i will guarantee a better exprience than this horrible place.

Je n’ai jamais quitte un restaurant de ma vie, mais cette fois ci c’etait en trop. On nous a jete le pain a la figure, le verre de vin ebreche sans excuses, le foie gras gris au lieu de rose, le gerant me rentres dedans sans s’excuser, les serveurs stresses ce qui se ressent chez le client. Une experience horrible....

I love this place been going for so long The atmosphere is so warm The service lovely The food not good. Fondue comes in two levels liquid and mass. Salad comes with a weird vinaigrette, the chocolate cake is sooooo sweet and on top of that they put iced sugar . Go there for a beautiful dinner but not for food...

I would say this restaurant may be one of the best warm and cosy place in town. How ever the fondue was worst we had in town nor the rest of the food. Btw its more expensive then the best fondue pleace we experience which is in lefarmdemarie hotel (alpane...
