Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile, je l’aurais fait. En effet nous sommes arrivés un samedi à 3 minutes avant la fin du service. Mais l’accueil a été très froid. Et quand on a demandé où est ce qu’on pourrait manger, le serveur nous a ri au nez. Nous avions 3 enfants affamés après 5 heures de route. Le fait qu’ils ne servent plus, nous pouvons le comprendre, et c’est normal. Par contre être aimable ça me parait être essentiel.

Je viens de voir votre réponse. A aucun moment vous ne vous êtes excusés monsieur. Et j’ai bien spécifié que nous comprenions les horaires ! C’est tout à fait normal. On a essayé après nos heures de route. On a juste été déçu de l’accueil. Aucun bonjour dès notre entrée dans l’établissement. On sentait bien que notre venue n’était pas trop apprécié à cette heure. Par contre pour notre réaction, je ne comprends pas nous sommes partis tranquillement je n’ai pas l’impression de vous avoir manqué de respect. A part avoir dit dehors aux enfants qu’on devra trouver un autre restaurant pour notre semaine de vacances.
