I went here for dinner for my wife’s birthday To start off the host was very dry and short, never even smiled once and just said “follow me” then didnt say anything until she say “you have 1 hour and 30 minutes before you have to leave” very rude and uninviting, I felt like leaving instantly if it wasn’t for my wife’s birthday

When we sat down, it’s so crowded, the tables are practically stuck together and everyone cant hear anything

When it came time to order, none of the cheaper classical drinks were available that night, only their more expensive signature ones

When the drinks arrived they looked very cheap, no garnish or anything, cheap glasses, and very little quantity for 13 euros

then we had to ask twice for water !

The food was very mediocre and expensive for no reason, you can find better quality for way cheaper at IT

We came here at the end of August without a reservation and entered purely on luck! I'm so glad we did - great service and the pizzas were genuinely amongst the best I've ever had.

I had the Diavolo and my son (who is 100% sure it is the best pizza he's ever had) had the Margarita. Wife and son both had the Caesar salad and both were very happy.
