Update: I did go back for lunch and it was majestic. Love in every bite, with dessert surpassing all my expectations.

Absolutely adorable place I have simply stumbled upon. As all good things in life, this came as a complete surprise and it was entirely pleasant. Going back tomorrow for lunch. Not only is the place itself so quaint and gives you that home feel one may miss when traveling for a while, but the chef is a power woman who turned this place into what it is with her love for life one cannot help but notice. Came across this little gem after arriving late to Bordeaux well after my 4yo daughters bedtime looking for something nearby to get her food asap after a long journey. The menu looked great, but we were unsure about our daughter eating anything. The waitress was extremely nice and offered to have alternatives in the case she doesn't like anything we order. We stumbled upon this cafe on the hunt for breakfast and decided to eat here because of the great atmosphere and lovely design/interior. It’s very authentic French with great service and a wide variety of food! Prices were completely reasonable for the amount of food we received. They even had milk alternatives (oat) and so patient with our very limited French. Cannot recommend enough. It’s so quiet and serene, we enjoyed our time...
