I honestly almost cried happy tears eating this food, I was in food heaven. It was deeeeelish.
Starter: A saucer Mains: Tuna on haricots verts and Pork with polenta
Starter was a vegetable puree with stock and hazelnuts, absolutely savored every bite. The tuna melted in your mouth and was paired with haricots verts chopped with precision and seasoned with such freshness. Maybe could've added a touch of lemon to elevate slightly. Pork with polenta was also delicious. Pork cooked to perfection. Although the dish was perhaps a bit too heavy for my taste. The polenta didn't have much flavor of it's own, but I guess it's polenta so.. lol.
I think they might have forgotten our food, as they asked what we ordered. But the staff was still very kind, attentive and professional. Explained the food to us well. We were also so happy to taste such good food.
I chose one wine that was on the "soft and fluffy" list, Tandem. It was very sweet, but very good. Still fresh for a sweet wine. The glass itself was so delicate and great first touch when sipping.
I really wanted to find a good restaurant during our stay, and that we did. I couldn't stop smiling after we left and was skipping and dancing on the way back to our hotel.
Look forward coming back if I go to Bordeaux...

Ambience: 5 stars. Intricately decorated, lively enough but not noisy.
Service: 5 stars. Friendly, and attentive servers. Well-pace.
Food: 5 stars. Definitely one of the top 10 best restaurants I’ve been to in France so far. It appears that a lot of effort was put into curating the menu. The produce is seasonal, and the ingredients seemingly carefully selected to harmonise with each other.
