Rude and disrespectful customer service from the lady behind the counter. No smiles, no words, she looks like she doesn’t want to work here.

Why did we change the review? Cause we wanted to make it simple so the other people can realize how terrible was the customer service.

I dont mind if I get another drinks, what I did not enjoy was the customer service. The drink was never sealed enough, and I held my drink right after she handed on the table of the counter, it spilled right away.

I apologized multiple times to the girl, which she did not say one words after and if she said anything after we would have just walked away.

It’s a 6 euro drink and yes it’s not cheap, but the fact that she ignored us for the whole time and did not even reply to us, yes it’s rude.

So yes, you need to give your employees right education about customers services.

Probably just unlucky with this experience. First time we went one hour before closing time, we weren’t allowed to sit because of some photoshoot. I understand BUT we wanted somewhere to sit and the saleswoman did not tell us in advance. She judged us for not buying the cakes for takeaway.

Second time we went, they asked us to sit at another table even though no one was sitting there.

To clarify, there were 5 people before us but they already found their own seats. However, they were rude when telling us to give up our seats to them. When we changed seats, two people behind us in the queue took our seats. So we were nice and changed for nothing. Guessing because we were tourists. I’m changing this to 1 star because response to my review by the owner does not seem to admit that they were in the wrong.

All the staff were friendly, even to tourists like us who speak only broken French so that was really helpful. The sweets we had were good but not extraordinary. Maybe I had my hopes too high. The interior of the place is terrible. It looks like it has not been upgraded for a long time. The chairs and tables look really cheap. There is an ugly table with a vivid green cloth (to hide the ugly table) in the middle of the cafe, blocking the space. The decoration they have for Christmas looked not professionally done. Due to the structure of the place, you can see all the way to the kitchen area. I usually like a cafe or a restaurant with an open kitchen but the decoration of the area in this cafe made the entire place look not polished/sophisticated enough to show the kitchen area directly when customers go...
