The guy attending should learn communication skills towards customers.

The situation: We wanted to have a coffee, when ordering the coffees, the guy just said « only at the terrace » (we didn’t care where, we just wanted a coffee)…

He didn’t mention if we had to pay, if he was preparing them or even which coffee we wanted… it was not clear anything so we assumed they would come to our table and ask exactly what we wanted…

As we were in the table, we noticed they would take a lot of time … therefore, we decided to leave but again it was not clear they where doing something for us… so of course we are the mean here (according to him, even though the guy was not in a good mood and not even explaining the situation) I hope that he can learn to separate whatever he is feeling or happening in his life to be able to attend properly the customers…

We understand him and feel for him for whatever situation he is going through… that’s why the feedback to him that he should learn communication skills… good luck to your endeavours, sending you love...

I went for an early dinner. Tried the Fatayer and baklava (I loved the pinenuts one more than the ones with almonds). Really good vegetarian options. Newly opened restaurant and I had to make a decision at the cashier’s who was really patient in explaining all the options they had available. Just that without the option of having menu (either qr/paper) at the table, I was not able to take my time to process and decide what I wanted to order. Apart from that, I loved the food (something I tried for the very first time). The service was quick and food was freshly prepared. They had a big oven for some special kind of lebanese pizza, so I would come back again...

The service here was wonderful! the staff were so kind and attentive, and I really appreciated that. The portions were generous and the presentation was nice. That said, the flavors just weren’t quite for me. The sauce had a sour note that I wasn’t expecting, but that could simply come down to personal taste.
