J'y étais ce midi, et, des 4 restaurants que j'ai testé lors de mon séjour à Carcassonne, c'était de loin le meilleur, et le seul où j'ai eu du plaisir en mangeant. J'ai mangé une souris d'agneau, très tendre, accompagnée de frites maison et d'une salade. Les 2 personnes avec qui je mangeais ont pris du magret qui était aussi à leur goût. En dessert, j'ai pris, comme on le voit sur la photo, une brioche perdue à la confiture de lait. Le tout petit bémol, si je dois en trouver un, c'est que je m'attendais à ce qu'elle soit chaude. Mais elle était quand même très bonne, et je ne regrette pas mon choix. Le service était vraiment très agréable. Les deux serveuses sont très souriantes et serviables. On en discutait justement pendant le repas. J'invite le patron de l'établissement à tout faire pour les garder.

Après la découverte de la ville, nous voulions nous remplir la pense ! Pendant, nos recherches, un serveur nous aborde en nous disant que de toute façon, nous mangerons chez lui. Et à raison ! L’équipe est superbe dont plusieurs serveurs avec un accent qui fait du bien à l’oreille. Nous avons mangé de supers produits, préparés de façon à ce qu’on en redemande ! Merci pour ce bon repas et dédicace à l’employé d’un restaurant voisin qui nous a bien fait rire avec le gérant de L’Artichaut !

Para o jantar achei uma boa opção, com pratos leves e saborosos. O atendimento e receber os pratos foi bem rápido. Pedi um magret du canard (peito de pato) para experimentar e achei sensacional! Estava saboroso, não era uma carne pesada e a gordura era delicada e macia também. Veio acompanhado de batatas fritas, que na minha opinião passaram um pouco do ponto e poderiam ter sido tiradas antes do óleo. O lugar é espaçoso, com mesas tanto dentro como fora. Acessível ♿.

Great service, great food, very friendly staff, calm atmosphere and overall a great experience! Took my wife there for her birthday, and they were super well orientated and very informative for any questions we had. Staff could speak some English and didn't even hesitate to try their best to explain things to us that we didn't quite get. Amazing wine selection too, especially from r the price! Portions very generous, and I'd definitely recommend the "Magre de canard" or their house burger! Chef is a great cook and even took the time to check on tables and ask how the food was! I saw a few negative reviews about the mussels and chips, well they don't seem to be on the menu anymore so no worries 🤣 Would for sure recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hearty meal in...

Was looking for somewhere to have coffee, sat down at a table as seems to be the custom in France. Were told to move closer to inside as we were not ordering food, as despite being the only people there the entire time. Ordered two cappuccino, they were quite small and the milk was poor quality. Instead of having silky smooth milk, it has quite large bubbles.

We went to the bar to pay, only to be told that they only take cash. As the world has become increasingly cashless, it would have been useful to know this before ordering, as we only had a €50 note, which while being cash, was not acceptable. Food was fine, service not great. Six staff in uniforms and only two working - one wonderful waitress in particular seemed to keep the show together by working non-stop; the rest (all guys) smoked vapes, drank beer and chatted loudly at a bar table in full view of customers and didn't do anything for 1.5 hours... I needed a sharper knife (the one on the table was so old and blunt it wouldn't cut anything) and after asking one gentleman was ignored until I asked a second who did promptly bring it.
