Hungary - Frais, Authentique & Gourmand — Restaurant in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

We visited the Colmar Christmas Market and saw that people were eating some tasty food. However that experience was short lived, our buzzer went off and the staff looked at us in shock as it was obvious they had forgotten our order.

Then they proceed to tell us another 10 minutes. We already had waited 10+ minutes. About a minute before we were handed our food one of the staff offered a little cup of hot chocolate but at that point the damage was done. They should have thought to offer this as soon as they realised.

We were also concerned a staff member was not changing their gloves while preparing food when we had witnessed them handle the rubbish and cleaning areas with the same gloves.

--Update in response to the owner-- Thank you pointing out the zones in the cleaning however we saw the same staff member push down the rubbish with the same gloves and proceeding to wipe down the food preparation areas and then handling people's orders.
