This was the best meal I've ever eaten. We debated about getting the 3 course menu, but decided to each get our own starter and main. It was so delicious we were in awe of the chef.
I got the Zwiebelkuchen as a starter, but it could easily be a main if you are only a little hungry. Then I got the Fleischküchle with a mushroom cream sauce and Spätzle. It had a few vegetables and truffle oil as garnish. The truffle oil really took the sauce to the next level. Everything was cooked perfectly. They were the most melt-in-your-mouth delicious meatballs I've ever had!
My husband got the foie gras as a starter, which he really enjoyed and said the blueberry-apple Marmelade was the perfect complement to the Pate. His main was the Cannibal, which had two raw meats. They were so well seasoned and also melt in your mouth tender. He loved every bite. It was worth every penny and we would happily go again! Sadly, we were far too full to get a dessert, but I can only imagine how tasty they must be if the starters and mains are any indication.

I was in so many different places of the world and never have seen, that waiter kicked us out, because one only wants to have dinner. “Guest is king” obviously doesn’t exist in this place.
First of all, we even explained this kindly in the beginning and they obviously did not understand. Good for international guests.
Secondly, they not even explained their point in a friendly way, just sent us out with a rude behavior.
Thank you for understanding, that most of the cultures we faced in the entire world - from Italy, Russia, Arabian countries to USA and Spain - have a way better...

They serve traditional Alsatian food, but I can confidently say that it’s among the top French cuisine I have ever eaten. The flavors speak volumes about the quality of the ingredients used, showcasing the chef’s evident dedication and love for their craft.
On top of their amazing food, the hospitality of their staffs really completes these whole 5 stars experience. Thank you so much for giving us this amazing experience.
I highly recommend their vegetarian plate, spaetzle with mushrooms in truffle oil and cream sauce. I love how simple this dish, but yet they work together so well.
I will definitely come back again and highly recommended everyone to give this...
